1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Last War Server Manager ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Last War Server Manager is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides alliance management, player verification, auto-translation, and community organization tools for Last War game communities on Discord.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Discord account to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

• You authenticate via Discord OAuth2. We do not store your Discord password.
• You are responsible for the security of your Discord account.
• You must not share access or use the Service for unauthorized purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or Discord's Terms of Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

6. Server Data

• Server owners are responsible for how the bot is used in their Discord servers
• We store server configuration, player verification data, and message metadata for cross-posting
• Screenshots submitted for verification are processed via OCR. The extracted text is stored; images are not retained.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
